We are experts in alloy development and are capable of providing hands-on support from the initial concept to final product realization. Regardless of the size of your company, we can provide services that range from a technical support system to a full project management for the development of your alloy. Our expert team will help you develop the alloy for your application. We will work with our melt source and see the entire process through until it is completed at our facilities to meet your requirements.

When we work to develop custom products for our customers, we also work to develop custom processes for their manufacturing. Each product receives special attention from our team. We provide feedback to our customers to help make the process of manufacturing their custom parts optimized, repeatable, and cost effective. Our team ensures that every process we develop maintains the highest level of tolerances possible, ensuring the highest quality product is produced.

Our tubing is designed to meet or exceed the most rigorous standards and specifications, whether that be your standards or the industry’s, including: ANSI, AS, ASME, ASTM, GE and Mil-T spec. We are ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and AS9100 certified. Members of our team also sit on the ASTM Committee F04 on Medical and Surgical Materials and Devices. We extensively test our customers’ products to ensure they meet all of their specifications. We are never satisfied until our products outperform your standards.
