  • Overview

    Stainless steel BA/EP tubes are mainly used in high-purity gas production, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, biology and other industries with high cleanliness requirements. For environments with ultra-high cleanliness requirements, the tubes need to be nitrogen purged and packaged in a clean room to meet the requirements. The inner surface of the pipe can be bright annealed (BA) or electropolished (EP).

    Due to semiconductors, integrated circuits, Biological pharmacy, food and beverage, laboratory, fine chemical industry and automobile industry having strict requirements on the work environment of ultra clean, high reliability and resistance to corrosion and so on, so the pure medium (gas and liquid) pipeline generally emphasize surface roughness and cleanliness, to suppress the particle generation and accumulation retention.

    In order to ensure weldability and welding quality, it is required to ensure that the pipe has high precision dimensional tolerance and stable chemical composition, so as to reduce the occurrence of flue gas and particles during welding, and improve the corrosion resistance and smoothness of welding parts. In a word, high purity pipelines should have both beautiful appearance (external purity) and excellent quality (internal purity).

    External purity
    It refers to not only bright external surface, but also a good inner surface roughness, which is to ensure that the pipeline system to transmission medium neutral, as well as excellent purge and cleaning performance. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of automatic rail welding, the pipe is required to have high dimensional tolerance accuracy.

    Inner purity
    It refers to pure material. The HP/UHP bright tube in the real sense has very strict requirements on the chemical composition, inner purity and performance of the material in addition to the beautiful inside and outside surface.

  • HP BA CR welded tube

    HP BA CR Welded tubethe process is welding + oil drawn + deoiling and pickling + ultrasonic cleaning + dust free clean packing. The cold drawing process is to squeeze the weld through the inner mold and the outer mold to overcome the weaknesses of the weld in the terminal application, such as cleanliness requirements, leakage risk, not easy to bend and so on. The tube can be widely used in clean environment such as biopharmaceutical, automobile manufacturing, fine chemical, food and beverage, etc.

    Through strict process, we can get high level well-cleaned sanitary tubes with inner surface.

  • UHP BA+ tube for semiconductor

    HP/UHP BA+ tube, material TP316L, main sizes OD6.35 × WT0.89mm, OD9.53 × WT0.89mm, OD12.7 × WT1.24mm. Standard specifications are ASTM A213/A269/A270. By precision oil drawn and ultra sonic pure water cleaning, the inner suface roughness can reach Ra<0.375μm. And dust free clean packing can be done.


    As pipeline system of high purity gas or special gas for clean room and gas source holder, HP/UHP ultra clean bright tubes are mainly used in semiconductor and micro electronic industries such as LED, LCD, OLED, solar panel, etc. With additional polishing process, the inner suface roughness can reach higher level like Ra0.10um.

    Main sizes are OD6.35 x WT1.0mm, OD9.53 x 1.0mm, etc.

    With precision oil drawing process, its inner surface roughness can be Ra<0.375um. In addition, after the concentrated nitric acid passivation treatment, can ensure the corrosion protection requirements of corrosive gas transmission.

  • UHP BA+ tubes for automotive industry

    UHP BA+ tubes for automotive industry usually request thick wall for  good resistance to high pressure, material TP304L, TP316L, standard specification ASTM A213/A269/A554.

    The tubes for this application has strict requirements on the strength of tube, which is applied to the fuel injection system, high-pressure oil rail pipeline, and EGR pipeline gas transmission system. The working pressure can reach 300Mpa to improve the fuel efficiency of the engine.

  • UHP BA+ tube for hydrogen pipeline of hydrogen energy

    Tube for this application usually request EP tube and BA tube of austenitic stainless steel.
    1. Hydrogenation tube adopts high nickel equivalent and has better hydrogen brittleness resistance than conventional materials.
