HP BA CR welded tube
HP BA CR Welded tube,the process is welding + oil drawn + deoiling and pickling + ultrasonic cleaning + dust free clean packing. The cold drawing process is to squeeze the weld through the inner mold and the outer mold to overcome the weaknesses of the weld in the terminal application, such as cleanliness requirements, leakage risk, not easy to bend and so on. The tube can be widely used in clean environment such as biopharmaceutical, automobile manufacturing, fine chemical, food and beverage, etc.
Through strict process, we can get high level well-cleaned sanitary tubes with inner surface.

UHP BA+ tubes for automotive industry usually request thick wall for good resistance to high pressure, material TP304L, TP316L, standard specification ASTM A213/A269/A554.
The tubes for this application has strict requirements on the strength of tube, which is applied to the fuel injection system, high-pressure oil rail pipeline, and EGR pipeline gas transmission system. The working pressure can reach 300Mpa to improve the fuel efficiency of the engine.
