X30Cr13Material
X30Cr13,1.4028, S42030, 3Cr13, SUS420J2
Overview
X30Cr13 is a kind ofmediumcarbon martensitic stainless steel with high strength and plasticity. Martensitic stainless steel is a kind of stainless steel whose mechanical properties can be adjusted by heat treatment. Generally speaking, it is a kind of hardened stainless steel. After quenching hardness is higher, different tempering temperature has different combination of strength and toughness. The steel has good mechanical processing performance, after heat treatment (quenching and tempering), has excellent corrosion resistance, high polishing performance strength and wear resistance, suitable for manufacturing plastic mold bearing high load, high wear resistance and under the action of corrosive media.
Characteristics
X20Cr13has high hardness and good corrosion resistance under quenching condition.
Thissteel isacommonly used stainless steel, with high thermal strength, oxidation resistance and good shock absorption. Good corrosion resistance in weakly corrosive media, and adequate corrosion resistance to fresh water, sea water, steam and air. Higher properties can be obtained after heat treatment.
Application
X30Cr13is mainly used for high-strength parts and wear parts under high strength pressure load and corrosive medium conditions, such as working under 300 degrees Celsius tool, spring, 400 degrees Celsius working shaft. Bolts, valves, bearings, steam turbine blades, tableware, surgical instruments and so on.
