For precision capillary tube of metal materials, we have been working on it for more than 30 years.
Overview
Precipitation
hardening stainless steel refers to stainless steel with matrix of austenitic
or martensitic structure, and can be strengthened by aging hardening treatment.
After proper heat treatment, it can undergo martensitic transformation and
precipitate intermetallic compounds on the martensitic matrix, thus
precipitating and strengthening. This type of steel is of high or ultra-high
strength.
Properties
1, Excellent
room temperature strength
2, Has good
overall corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, vulcanization resistance,
fatigue resistance
3, Strong,
toughness with good, low temperature toughness
4, Easy cold and
hot processing performance
5, Good
welding performance
Classification
According to the structure of steel, it can be divided into three categories:
(1) Martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel
(2) Semi-austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel
(3) Austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel
Typical grades
Application
These steels are generally used for parts requiring corrosion resistance and high strength at room temperature, or at temperatures up to 600°F [315°C].
